I never give reviews, but I am doing one for JD Empire… last night my sons new PS5 fell on floor braking his HDMI component, I came across JD Empire and I have to say THANK You guys! You guys immediately responded and let me taking it to you guys this after, I thought would take a week out so but Nope, they fixed it in less than 2 hrs and text me when it was ready to be picked up, they were so professional and there customer service is fantastic including great prices! Thank you guys for saving our PS5…. We highly recommend others that need repair to visit them you won’t be disappointed… I now know where to go when ever I am needing something fix! Thank You guys again! Keep up the great job!

My sons Xbox stopped working suddenly and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I did some research and found this place on google with great reviews and decided to try them out and see for myself. I can tell you they have great reviews for a reason. I called them in the morning and explained the issue I was having. They explained to me what the issues could be and asked me to bring it in so they could take a look. When I got there I was helped right away and was given a quote on 3 different scenarios that could be wrong. They didn’t charge me to trouble shoot it either. I left and within a couple of hours I had a call back to tell me they found the issue and they asked if they could proceed with the repair. The price was still within the 3 scenario’s they gave me so I approved it. Shortly after I got a call back that the repair was done and the Xbox was ready for pickup. The price didn’t change and they didn’t try pushing other repairs or extra prices for anything. The price stayed the same which I loved and it was all done within a matter of hours. My son had his Xbox back the same day and I didn’t have to go buy a brand new Xbox so it was light on my wallet. I would definitely come here again. They are honest, professional, and communication was great. I could call or text and had an answer back right away.

Brought in a Nintendo Switch that wasn't charging and turns out there was a scratch on the motherboard and it also needed thermal paste. Other repair shops wanted diagnose fee, everything was included and it was 60% better price than other shops. Would definitely recommend taking your electronics here. 👍 …

My Xbox wasn't showing picture but it was still turning on. I priced some other places (mostly people on fb offering their services online/out of their house) and this was the best priced place AND had a free diagnosis as well (which most people didn't have). I drove 40 min there and it was worth it. Great service and knowledgeable. Would recommend them over anyone and definitely think it is worth the drive if you have no one like them near you. They got the job done quickly and with great communication. Thank you!

Fantastic service! My Nintendo switch needed a battery replacement, I Google and found JD electronics. I love that I I could call in a real life person would pick up the phone instead of having to talk to any automated answering system. Dropped off my switch on Sunday, had a free inspection and received a call in less than 3 hours about what was wrong about my switch. Had it repaired and picked it up the next day (I could have picked up my switch the same day, but they closed early on Sunday and I had already driven out of town). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes both times. I would definitely recommend this electronic store for his convenience, price and the friendly / fantastic service they provide.
